Lennox Electronics Corp My daughter has a portable dvd player that we purchased for her on Christmas. 6 months later it is defective and is locked in standby mode. we tried contacting thelennox but the phone number does not work, neither does the e-mail and Wal-mart where we purchased the player is of no help. On Christmas 2007, we purchased a portable dvd player for my daughter. Approximately 6 months later (June 2008) the player suddenly died. screen went black and the player is locked in "standby" mode. Neither the battery pack, the AC adapter or the car adapter will work. The player is worthless at this point. When we tried to contact the company, the phone number does not work, the e-mail bounces back as not valid and even Wal-Mart where we bought the player is of no help. they said we must go through the company to get thie issue resolved. How??? We can't contact them.
