Bought a Lennox (durabrand) Electronics portable dvd player for my son to watch his Thomas the Train videos and now all we have is a broke dvd player. Bought this product at Wal mart and now they don't even carry the product anymore. Hope this will help anyone in the same boat or looking for a portable dvd player Thanks

Lennox Electronics Corp My daughter has a portable dvd player that we purchased for her on Christmas. 6 months later it is defective and is locked in standby mode. we tried contacting thelennox but the phone number does not work, neither does the e-mail and Wal-mart where we purchased the player is of no help. Edison, New Jersey
