Leslie Richards lawyer Jason Lester,,,,Chad Burke,,,, Charged me $1350. a month to get a loan mod through chase bank, DID nothing Encino, California

I was contacted by the national mortgage advisory council, Rick Hendrix.  The deal was to have att Leslie richards to help us get a loan mod through chase our bank. They convinced me to let them help us keep our home.  They charged us #1300. a month, dragged this out for a year and a half.  They failed to keep in contact with me.  I asked them to send me proof they were helping  me, i got nothing.  i am angry cause i found out just last week that Leslie richards(whom i never spoke to in my life) is ill and is filing for bankruptcy.  Jason and chad screwed us out of our money and our home is in foreclosure(no date ).  They told me that i will get only   $500. back cause they go back for five months.  THIS is not right.  THEY are scammers and i am irrate that they are the cause of us being homeless.  They failed to keep in contact with me for three months,,,,so i did not pay them(i changed my credit card).  WHAT DO I DO NOW.
