Lexus of Orlando-Dan Warren Fraudulent and Dishonest Advertising and Unprofessionalism Winter Park, Florida

Lexus of Orlando in Winter Park advertised that they would meet and beat any other Lexus offer by $1000.00 as long as I bring in a quote from another dealership. I provided signed deals by Lexus of Melbourne, Tampa, and Jacksonville. Dan Warren was the Sales Manager who was very unprofessional, rude, and tried physical intimidation and violated my personal space. He told me that he would not meet anyone's deal and told me to buy my Lexus from another dealership because if I wanted his it was $200.00 more. This was dishonest and deceitful set forth by Lexus of Orlando, to make a customer do all the leg work, work out deals with other Lexus's, and then don't honor the original agreement.
I would like a formal apology by Lexus and Dan Warren, I would like Lexus to take disciplinary action against Dan Warren for his unprofessionalism and for the fact that he used physical intimidation against me to try to buy his car. I would like the $1000 promised to me to go towards future Lexus service for my new 2011 Lexus GS 350.
