I completed an application on line to look for car dealerships in my area that worked w/bad credit, I was contacted via a phone call and text message from George Solomon stating he had great news regarding my car loan to please contact him. When I spoke to him, he stated I had been pre-approved for a 10,000 loan & he made up some crap about it being a commerical loan (which was my first red flag--but I didn't listen to it). He told me there was no pressure in me buying a car that day, but what I needed to do was make an appointment & go to the dealership and take a few test drives to pick out my car, and that I might want to bring my paystubs and a utiltiy bill. So I set an appointment for that day at 5.

When I got to the dealership, I asked for George Solomon, they escorted me to another area, some guys reached out his hand and asked my name, then he turned around and said to another guy, this is "my name" and he was having difficulty w/my last name so I said it for him, and that guy stuck his hand out for me to shake but NEVER said his name. (another red flag) so when I sat down w/that guy I told him I had spoke to George earlier who said I was pre-approved and all I needed to do was come down here and test drive a few cars, he pulled out a credit application and begin to fill it out. I told him...wait a minute...why are you doing that? George told me I was pre-approved and I have already filled out an app...I told him something wasn't right, and asked was George in that building...he said no, and George should have informed me I would not be meeting w/him...and he told me that it was required by law that that formed gets filled out even if I had already filled one out w/George!! I asked him "are you going to pull my credit again?" he said NO because we don't want to pull your credit score down any lower...I told him DO NOT PULL MY CREDIT!! B/c per George I was already pre-approved and I didn't want to go through this paper work, he kept calling me "honey" and "sweetheart" and saying oh we don't want you to get upset or anything but you are here to buy a car right? I told him maybe...but I needed to see if they had any cars on the lot that I was interested in...I told him I am looking for an SUV, we a sunroof and heated seats! He assured me they had something for me, I gave him 3 cars that I had found on the internet that I would be interested in looking at. He also said well we have to get the finance guy to call the "banks" and see if we can get you approved...again I said what a minute something is NOT right about this....why would George tell me I was pre-approved if the finance guy has to call the banks...he got frustrated and started to tell me how the process works, I told him just wait a minute...my name is NOT Alice and this isn't Wonderland...something is NOT right here, again calling me honey and trying to calm me down.  So he took my paper work back to the finance guy (Mike) and after about 15 to 20 mins (after I saw Mike walking around in the back) he came out to me and he had my credit report asked me a couple of questions and said so what kind of car are you looking for....I said what?? I already told "this guy" and btw...what is your name...he said Ronnie...so Mike found the paper where Ronnie wrote down the cars, and he said the 1st two might work b/c they have lower miles than the other, he said I'm gonna have Ronnie bring up the Honda so you can test drive it while I call the bank...so Ronnie finally came back w/a set of keys and took me outside where he pointed to a 2006 Nissan Xterra...I said where's the Honda?? I'm not interested in a Nissan I would rather look at the Honda first. He said well whats wrong w/this one...do you not like the style, color, etc...I said, nothing I'm just not interested in a Nissan I want to look at the Honda, so he said ok, let me go get the keys.

he came back about 5 mins later and said, the bank did not approve the Honda, and the Nissan Xterra is the only thing on the lot that the bank would approve b/c the Honda had too many miles on it!! But if I wanted to look at a car or maybe have someone co-sign or if I could put money down, they could find me a SUV! I aksed him, so you are telling me this is the ONLY SUV you have on the lot that the bank will approve for me??? He said yes! And I told him, I knew it, my first instincts were correct and I shouldn't have even bothered b/c I have been lied to from the beginning!!! And I left! Then I called George Solomon and he said oh you are at the dealership, how's it going, they called me and had me send them your paper work!! I said George stop lying...you told me I was pre-approved, and that was a lie! I told him you also lead me to believe that I was going to be meeting w/you today...I started to express my anger to him, and he hung up on me! So I called the dealership and asked for used car manager (Greg) I told him what had happened and how I had been lied to and that he needed to look into that whole process and make some changes before they get sued for false business practices!! He assured me he would look inot what happened and call me back. Then after I thought about it, I called back and asked was my credit pulled while Iwas there b/c I was told it would  not be pulled, Greg then passed me to Mike who confirmed it was pulled, and I told him I told Ronnie NOT TO PULL MY CREDIT and besides that I NEVER signed the credit app giving permission for my credit to be pulled, we got into a back and forth and the call ended....this company are complete liars and do shady business!!!
