Liberty Online Services aka ILD Teleservices Very Fraudulent Business Used My Own Words to Rip Me Off! Miami Florida

When viewing a SW Bell bill, I happened upon an amount for 29.95 that was being billed to us because I was getting an "online service." I proceeded to call the number listed and find out exactly what I was paying for and they said that I had authorized this online service. As they played the lovely recording back to me, I listened carefully.

When asking me if all the information that she was giving me was correct, I answered yes. Well, I didn't say that I would like any online services. She told me that I was getting a free 30 day trial of online services and I would receive a packet in the mail. Then she hung up. Well, I didn't want the online services. I've been happy with my current provider of 2 1/2 years. And I never received anything to tell me that I had "Online services" through them. I believe that they used their tactics to get me to answer yes when I was going to say no and that they didn't even give me a chance to say no.

I believe it is a fraudulent business like this that should be stopped. Such a small amount isn't really going to make a lot of larger businesses turn their heads! I couldn't find anything at all on the internet about them either! I think this is fraudulent business that should be stopped!
