I recently ordered a free 30 day supply for shipping cost of $4.50. No obligation at all right? Next thing I know, here's another supply for 60 days with a charge of $60.00 stating that my credit card would continue to be charged without my authorization.

Plus, the phone number and website they give you to cancel at any time do not work. Billing shows up as GINIX-BILLING.COM. You can try to reach them at 408-942-7140 but all you get is a recording. These people are blatant liars!

I have ordered the dispute forms and informed my credit card company of the fraud. If I cannot get confirmation of cancelation, I will have to change my credit card number. But they say that's no guarentee.
