Lift Serum Pro Product not arrived, telephone number does not exist London United Kingdom Internet

I bought my trial pro serum lift cream after seeing an advert on the internet on the 7.11.13.  This is a 14 day trial which, claims the terms and conditions, you can cancel after 14 days if you feel product is not doing what it claims.  Firstly my product has not arrived within the stated time- I'm still waiting.  Secondly  when I tried to phone the number given in the terms and conditions in order to cancel my trial cream, I was unable to get through as the number did not exist.  So not only have I not recieved the product I paid for, I am also liable to pay £80 a month because as stated in the terms and conditions of this product, the company will continue to bill me this figure every month unless I contact them to cancel.
