I have been into stock and options trading over 20 years. Bought a good option advisory program on the net. Within a few days I got a call from L.I.F.E. with a very hard selling salesman, a Mr. P who implied that their program was even more sophisticated than the one I recently bought. I don't know how he got my ph.# but I can guess. For only $6000 I would get a "fantastic" program reduced from $9000 and with my own "personal coach".
Exact contents were not revealed but sounded good. Eventually I stupidly fell for his spiel. His parting words were "Call me any time". 3 days were allowed to change my mind which was way to short to examine what the program really consisted of. It turned out to be a hodgepodge of programs similar to to seminars available on the net for free or a lot less than the $6000 that L.I.F.E. charges. Impossible to find out all this within the 3 days.
As I probed the classes it eventually dawned on me that these were for beginners. I don't need a beginners program for $6000 and got very disappointed. Tried to call Mr.P and my "personal coach" who of course did a disappearing act and would never return repeated calls and messages over several weeks.
Mr.P. knew my 20 year experience because we discussed it and yet he oversold me on a very unsuitable beginners program . I stupidly had signed a contract not fully informed and under false pretenses that it was the very sophisticated program which I was led to believe it should be for $6000.
I fulfilled my part of the contract with the $6000 but they did not by failing to provide the promised "personal coach", phone support and the level of sophisticated program I was led to believe I was buying.
A letter asking for my money back was not answered of course. They hide behind a clause in the contract that any disagreement must be arbitrated which of course they know any victim of theirs can't afford. Especially after paying $6000.
These people will say and promise anything to get a sale. Even from old people .I am 79 and will never be able to earn the $6000 back. Stay away !
