Lipozene Den Lipozene Total rip off ... And they keep your credit card ! Internet

I have been trying to stop the orders from coming every month from the Lipozene Company, but have been unable to get them to stop debiting from my account, and sending the orders.

I decided to try Lipozene, after trying to lose weight and was unsuccessful...i wanted to lose @ least 20 pounds that i had gained, during what my Physician describes as the Menopausal 20. That was over a year and a half ago. At first, it did seem to work, i was still trying to eat right, exercise, and I was losing some weight. In fact, i lost about 10 pounds. But, after taking the medication for about 3-4 months, I noticed that it didn't seem to be doing anything. In fact, my stomach started looking bigger, and I kept feeling very bloated all the time -- even my daughter noticed it! I tried contacting them to ask if they had changed the formula, but never received a response.

At first, I was only getting the orders every 60+ days, and when it was working, the first few months it didn't seem so bad. After I did not receive a response to address my concerns, I asked them to cancel my order. Plus the fact that my stomach looked bigger while taking them, and I continued to feel bloated all the time, I definitely did jot want any more of them -- nor did I want to continue to pay for them!

Unfortunately, they did not stop the orders -- they started coming every month! And, at some point I even got double shipments, which of course was double the money! It seemed the more I tried to contact them, the more I got! [Check their web-site, you basically can Only Order -- Not Cancel!] So, I finally concluded that was not going to work.

I tried stopping the debits through my Bank, but they told me that if you give a customer gives their Debit card to pay for an order -- they can not stop it, unless you get the Company to stop it for you!! Please note this!

I just tried to contact them again today -- and got so aggravated -- I decided to try to find a way to stop this mess! I am retired, and cannot afford to throw money away (as I'm sure many of you reading this will say...) but, I thought it would help. They do give you the 60 day trial time -- and it works then, so you keep the contract! I'm not sure of this -- but, I really think they send you a different formula at first -- then once you are on the payroll, you get the 'placebo'!

I hope this helps to get this stopped for me, and for anyone else going through the same thing! Please help me get this squared away! I really appreciate that there is someone out there -- to help all of us -- who get caught up in a scam, where you can not get the company to stop your order, once started, and to stop taking our hard-earned money!
