I called the company for the trial offer with free shiping and handling. I was given the run around with many many many other offers, which was confusing as the automated information would not move forward with out an answer.

I was then charged $21.34 more than expected; and was told over phone call that I ordered addtional product, which I did not do. I was told that I would have to wait 3 to 5 weeks for the product to arrive then return for a product refund, but no refund on shipping.
