lippert component inc LIPPERT CHASSIS WARRANTY IS NON-EXISTENT goshen Indiana

i purchased a 2013 travel trailer with a lippert chassis. with about 2000 miles the tires on the rear axle were worn to the cords on the right side of both tires. i knew right away that the axles were not parallel to each other. after 3 months of calling and taking measurements my self then taking it to a profesional frame and axle shop it was determanded that the axles were 1/2 inch out of being parallel to each other.

in a conversation several weeks before lippert customer support said they allowed 1/4 inch. know when i called and they reveiwed the frame shop findings they still said everything was find and within there tolerances. in feather research i found another web sight (goodyear) that gave me specifactions the axle parallelism and it was 1/8 inch or less. lippert is to cheap and doesn't care what kind of junk they send out because you don't see there name on your trailer.

you see names like cruiser inc, forest river to name just a few. they buy the chassis from lippert to build thier rv's on i feel that lippert looks at a warranty issue as we don't care, sue us, do what you want are name is hidden by someone elses name and we just are not spending a few hundred dollars to satisfy one of the few customers that is smart enough to find the mis-algnment of the axles.
