Liquidation.com, Liquidity Services ripoff Fraud Bait and Siwtch No Desire to Resolve Issue Washington District of Columbia

I won an auction at Liquidation.com for 100 animation cels for over $800. THey were advertised as being Snoopy, Batman, Disney, with some Great Photos!

This is a deceptive auction with deceptive photos. Photo #27 was copied from an ebay auction. Anyone can use any photo they want and say it's only a representative sample. these are not close. I have photos of all the cels and can provide them to you. They are so obscure, and many in poor condition. Worthless!

I know they said they could be minor cHAracters.Could and all are not the same thing. THEY ARE ALL MINOR CHARACTERS AND WHERE IS SNOOPY??? THAT WAS IN THE AUCTION TITLE. In addition they are all stuck to the laser printed backgrounds. Came out of the trash, I think!!

Paid $40 shipping cost for a crushed box, unfortunately contents not damaged!

Somebody do the right thing here, I am an honest person and this is not right!

Some others I have read have had similar problems with this company. THey make you pay for your first auction with wire transfer, or paypal, so it's impossible to dispute the sale. Paypal will only dispute this kind of thing when it relates to ebay. (I found out.)

BTW, Liquidation.com has already told me TOUGH LUCK...great customer service. They had their BBB Membership Revoked in early 2006. Google Better BB and Liquidation.com and you can look at it!! THese people need to be busted.
