Lissette Mendoza of De Sol Property Management, INC is a very dangerous woman! She was ran out of the Metro Atlanta
area for hiring contractors just to save her from being put in jail for having inhumane conditions on her properties.
She has ripped off 5 or more contractors to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. In our experience she hired
us to get plans, permits, and start work. After getting the job started it was discovered that she never intended for us to
finish. She just wanted to string us on long enough to stay out of jail and sell the apratments. As a contractor or tenant,
run from this woman. She still owes me money from another property. You have been warned!
