livelean I ordered the free trial and I never got the program so I want my money back Portland, Maine

I ordered some vitamins through the internet and was interested in the product.  I never receives the program that they were selling.  I ordered thie on August 18th.  when I was checking my balance on my bank account I came across a charge that I wasn't aware of. The total that they took out was 24.95.  I called them about this charge they told me that it was for the program which I told them I did not receive the program.  Then an October 26,2009 I checked my balance again and it showed that they took out $74.90.I told them that I needed that money for rent.  They just kept on telling me that I could not be refunded.  I was so upset that I reported them to the BBB.  I am asking for the 24.95 and the 74.90.  Just to let you know that I am on TANF which means I am on a very limited budget.  I have been in contact with this company by calling them and still getting the same answer. I  called my bank this morning and they told me that the 74.90 was still pending and that I should call the company and have them fax my bank with the information that my bank can release the funds.  By now they did not want to refund my money.  I also have a corporate address (P.O Box 17855 Portland Ore 04112.  I asked them if they had a phone number but they told me that there isn't one.   Sounds out of the ordinary.  Yes I was scammed but I know that I won't do this again.  I would appreciate your help so that I can pay my rent and feed myself and my children.  Thanks Angela
