I ordered my product back in May, it is now August. I have sent numerous emails and online chat with customer service to no avail. The customer charged my account before even shipping my order. Needless to say I still have not receive my order or a refund. I have told them every time I talked to someone, just send me the order. They have horrible customer service and I would not order from this company again.
