Livingdope.com Did Not Deliver Item Panoma Internet

I ordered a shirt from this retailer and paid the $ that was due. Since then, which was purchased in March, I have not received word from this company. When I try calling them it goes straight to voicemail and emails go unanswered. I've emailed them asking for a refund and they refuse to respond. Looking into this I see that I"m ont the only person that has experienced issues with them. They are a fraudalant company who are pocketing people's money and refusing to ship out the orders.
