Loancare LLC Fraudulent and unethical business practices Virginia Beach Virginia

I have been a customer of loancare for for 42 days.  My first experience was initially calling them and asking them why Wells Fargo was transfering my loan to them, they said they didn't know and had no paperwork.  I called 3 times after that and got difference answers everytime.  In May while still wells fargo's customer, my insurance was paid for a year out of my escrow account, my money.  Today, after having my car insurance cancelled by state farm because my daughter on a different policy had an accident, I was quoted a rate 3X what I was paing with State Farm.  In order to get that amount lowered, I had to show proof of insurance to the new car insurance company that I had homeowners insurance.  Here is where Loancare comes in.  

After 5 calls with difference answers from each idiot that answered the phone, I GUESS??? Maybe it's been determined that loancare cancelled the insurance without my knowledge and never renewed the policy.  And they are so concerned with customer service that I will get a call in 48-72 hours, during business days.  So that means no-one is calling me back. Right now I have no homeowners insurance on my house in hurricane season in Florida.  When I asked if they were going to renew the policy I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone but one of them said it would take 60 days for that to take place.  

I have never heard of anything so ludicrous.  Of course, I went years with no health insurance myself and at 55 years of age I can't afford to see a doctor for almost 2 years.- but what spurred this whole clusterf**k was that if I don't get my car re-insured I will lose my drivers license and registration for my car.  That makes me feel special. So I guess the next step for me is to pray we don't have a hurricane blow thru or my house doesn't burn down?  How about I just bang my head against the wall until I split my skull open but make sure not to do any damage to the house?? Does this seem right to you?  Would you want yourself or family being treated this way?  So unless I come up with the insurance binder to give to the other insurance company - (very curious timing to be asked for this for the first time, seems someone knows a lot more than I did!!!), I will not have money to buy food anymore.  The American Dream - don't you just love it!
