Loanshp - VC Funding rip off unauthorized withdrawls and illegal Henderson Nevada

I took out a loan with this company in 2004. I honesly dont even remember doing it. But they say I did. Now in 2007 they got my current account information and have been attempting to withdraw funds from my account. They got 170. I guarantee that is all they are getting!!!

I called them and he argued with me about the debt and said when I pay it he will send me a letter thanking me for payment.

My problem is I filed bankruptcy in May 2005. It was discharged in September and they say they can still collect there debt since they are a cash advance company.

Everything I read says loans such as these are debt just like credit card debt and are discharged in bankruptcy.

Is there anyway I can go after this company to get my 170 back?
Any fancy laws I can throw in their face?
I plan to write to them and fax them my bankruptcy discharge letter that says you cannot go after debt from me that was incurred before September 2005.

This company is such a ripoff! I was in tears the 170 they got from me was my car payment now here I am trying to build my credit and thinking I am doing the right thing and they have ruined that for me.

Can anyone help me? guide me in the right direction?
