Local Lighthouese Claimed to be part of Google with great website listing promises; never inform the early termination fee before contract Tustin California

A few of months ago someone (claimed to be part of or) "from Google" called me and tried to sale me the website designing services, I declined. And then on early Sept., someone from the same company called again and I was told that my business site would be guaranteed a first page listing on Google, Being, Yahoo & more. I told him that I have already had a website designed for my business and it was getting 2nd to 6th page listing, thus I wouldn't need any more exposure for the same services.

If I needed anything that would be the other part of my business (which was not listed in the site I already developed). The sale person immediately told me that he could do that for me. By the time I received the contract, I realized the company listed on the contract had nothing to with Google, I was worried & I questioned the sales person. He kept telling me they were a good web design company and guarantee a first page listing for us and kept pressuring me to sign the contract.

Weeks later, I was shock to find out that in the draft of the website of my business, it was promoting the same business which I already had a website for (they called me based on that website on the internet), nothing about what I wanted them to promote. The worst was that many of the contents were incorrect about my business and it was poorly written. After I requested for revision (I ended up providing almost all the writing), it took weeks to deliver and meanwhile all the wrong information about my business was left online for many to view. In the end, I never did see my business listed on first page with Google with the important key words about my core business which I wanted Local Lighthouse to create a website to promote.

When I called to terminate the contract, I was told the first time that there is a $450 fee. 

From the start, Local Light house has not been truthful about their service, fees and promises. First, they said they were from Google; then they told me that my website would have the first page listing with Google, Yahoo and Being which was never delivered. So far, the listings I got on Google are the ones you can search with those not so important keywords related to my core business (which is what I wanted to promote).
