 I ordered 5 tickets for my grand children to attend the event detailed below.  Each ticket was $45, and we received tickets that display a cost of $20.00.  What a ripoff!  When I ordered the tickets the online details indicated full prices, best VIP seat main floor.  I received tickets for Section Row 229.  A senior grandmother, I did not have access to seating map when the order was placed.  The information below states that Section 221-230 was what I ordered.  I expected that this Section was VIP until I was able to see the venue mapping chart, and was amazed that these tickets were upper levels.  I contacted Galaxy, and was advised that tickets were non-refundable.  I usually order my tickets from Ticketmaster, so when I decided to buy tickets for my grandchildrens birthdays I thought I was directed to this link which would allow my daughter to pick up the tickets at the Box Office (Bon Secours Arena).  I just want better seating, specifically seats that are on the main floor.  Not seats in the "Nose Bleed" sections.

Use Ticketmaster never will use again.
