After "hooking" me with a quickly designed, affordable 3D logo, they sold me on a service to redesign my website.  I insisted that I would have to have full control over the website when done.  When asked, they said I could update with a CMS (content-management system).  The website was for summer of 2017, but they continued to produce errors through the summer.  I repeatedly said, "At this point, I don't care about the content, since it's now out of date.  I'm going to change it with the CMS.  Just give me the website."  They repeatedly stretched several months at a time, going through several more account managers, until one account manager said that I didn't purchase the CMS.  I would have to pay $600 to receive the CMS.  I offered to show the e-mails indicating what had been promised to me, but he didn't want to hear it.  He just wanted to upsell.  He agreed to do it for "only" $300 extra, and then $200 extra.

I had also been sold an animation service, which we agreed we would do after the website was delivered.

Since, at this point, I didn't trust the company to deliver a usable animation, I asked for my $120 back.  I was told that according to their terms and conditions, they don't refund money after 45 days.  (They knew it wasn't going to be delivered within 45 days, but figured they didn't have to, since they could keep it anyway.)

At this point, all I have is their $30 generated logo (from my original).  They never delivered the website, and I'm not going to waste time working with them on an animation that I know will be unacceptable.  Their work is sloppy and unusable, and they don't work well with you.  They take weeks or months between contacts, and give only small incremental improvements.  I volunteered to make the changes myself, but they refused.

$500+ and 40+ hours of my time has now been wasted on this company.  Please don't waste any time or money on them!
