Please be aware of these two individuals who are currently operating a jewellery store in Montreal.

They are also directors of a Ontario business called Better Beverages of North America Inc(BBNAI) and Better Beverages International and LATIA ImEX Inc.

They also are associated with a con-artist who goes under the current name of David Nguyen, founder of the named companies, residence in hiding is in Montreal, Quebec.

They owe monies to all of their past employees, contractors, suppliers, personal friends and aquaintances since 2006. They have not repaid back any monies to any of the employees that is owed by law for the employee services rendered under the Employment Standards Act (2000) and to the others that have completed contracts and supplier agreements to them since 2006.

Be very careful, as these two(three) individuals whom have been in the Ontario Courts (2008)recently and have told the courts that payments will be made. Only to not pay anything that was sworn in the Provincial Courts and signed upon.

Berdj Konyalian and David Nguyen are currently before the Quebec Court system for defrauding a company that defrauded a business out of thousands and thousands of dollars in 2007, under the company name of either Asia Bounty or LAITA ImEx Inc.

When dealing with any of the named, be very careful to not loan or do any services for them without being paid in full prior and/or by a certified cheque or money order. DO NOT TAKE A PERSONAL CHEQUE! As you will never see the monies owed, as we past employees and suppliers, contractors have learned by these corrupt individuals.
