I signed a contract with Lone Star Direct Savings, Inc. and paid close to $2,000.00. I was deceived, lied to and scammed.
They vanished leaving no website or email address of which to contact them. Of two phone lines, one became out of service while the other left an answering service that does not announce the party's name. They no longer have any existing physical address, and have only left an assuming "P.O." box address.
Never did they keep their word to provide savings on merchandise. And when my last payment was due they skipped out on me by not returning calls or following up on letters. Where did they vanish to?
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Texas. An employee of The Chamber of Commerce in Stephenville, TX stated that they do not have them listed as a business entity.
What more can be said? Lone Star Direct Savings, Inc. has broke their end of the contract. Please include me in on a class-action lawsuit against their party. Feel free to contact me.
