My wife and I financed a car through LBAC and it was the worst mistake of our lives.

If a payment is one day over the due date they call and harrass you about not receiving the payment not even being considerate of changes in the mail system due to the recent anthrax scares.

We have always paid them on time and when one payment got behind by only 14 days we received a notice of repossession. I have never dealt with such ignorance.

We now send all of our payments via western union quick collect to ensure that they are received on payment due date.

But you know what they will still call you on that date to find out what the western union transaction number.
