IF THIS IS A INDICATION OF THE ETHICS OF LOOKUP LTD WHICH THEY HAVE LURE CUSTOMERS WITH A FREE TRIAL, THEN A SMALL FEE AND THEN IN FINE PRINT HOOK THESE PEOPLE ON A MONTHLY BILLING
IF THEY DO NOT READ ALL THE FINE PRINT AFTER THE LABORIOUS JOURNEY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, THEN I WISH NEVER TO AGAIN TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.

I am the head of customer service for LookUpLTD. Id first off like to apologize if you had a poor experience. I would like to clarify that we have a vast number of reports to provide to customers and we help thousands every day.
If for some reason a report was unavailable, although this is rare, it usually means there is some redundant information in the system. However, in order to achieve outstanding customer service which we pride ourselves on, we always offer refunds.
