Manager Mindy Carreras Racism against 99 % of all tenants ,incuding me,..A/C unit in my former apt.432-#100 was deffective,I was reimbursed firt time,but refused to do the second time...because I left the premises under an Legal Agreement in April/28/2018 wit Altamonte Springs Florida,Altamonte Springs

Sorry...My cpmplaint refers to Mrs. MINDY CARRERAS,Manager of the mentioned Bldg.and others,person that a few people knows even I lived there for more than 5 months. She OVERCHARGES PEOPLE with Garbage disposal $28 a month.but tenants had to walk a long distance every day to drop garbage bags at the Compactor, charged $18 for the right to park within the Complex premises..specially for my wife who is physically disabled,according to the Dpt. of Motorized Vehicles of Florida, can be seen or proved with License Plate or Driver License or Florida Permit...

My A/C Unit was deffective for 2 months ..I was reimbursed $246 for the first time it ocurred,but denied the month of April,and she said because I was not living there any longer (???)..She refused to have an interview with me to solve this matter...Another month she SCANNED a check paid to the Apts. for $955,55...stating that the check was done for $985,55 ...and paid by my Chase Bank...in circumstances that the written amount was right..and it was my last month payment..she also overcharged me for that $75 for NSF fee,wich is a lie proven by my Bank and by the check itself...Another charge in my Final Account Statement signed by her...by $44.62..ledger accoun at move-out # 1049131152 MWBD..No idea..Another charge same dates fo Water Final Bill $69.00 ...(???) An abusive Charge of $55 for Carpet Cleaning...untrue because I received the Apt as it was..and I in person shampooed it 2 days before moving out..The Assistant Mgr. Mr.Nolan Claridy didn't want to check the apartment,arguing that somebody else will do it. And I left it as  clear as a glass of water.

When I paid my last Duke Energy bill of almost $400...a Supervisor gave proof that the charge was incorrect..cause the famous A/C unit was deffective,and they had to check it every 4 days and recharge the FREON GAS,thing that didn't happens.   I have an NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE CLAIM ON SECURITY DEPOSIT sent to my new adress in 1120 Ansley Circle.Apt !00 APOPKA,Fl,32703...a real Luxury Apartments Complex ...not compared to Los Altos Way...My Deposit was $250.00  ...and now after all the charges mentioned above,I have to reimburse to Los Altos the ammount of $21.62... Shame on this Manager who treated me as a piece of garbage,after I served 28 years in the Army. Racist and a liar. Please let me know, to have a real meeting with this person non trustable and abusive,to show proof of everything that I am stating in this CLAIM.   Truly Yours     (754)xxx-xxxx....   THANKS.
