Move on. These two have a great dog and pony show. Lou will pontificate about himself endlessly with the same stories of his greatness never letting you get a word in edgewise. Then...after they have your money....good luck.

Lou rarely shows up at all. He says "its not important enough for me, I'm trying to save you money by sending my number two." Jeanna, who is sweet, is by no means as capable or cunning.

If you can get Lou or Jeanna on the phone (which is a big if) they will lie to you, stall you, belittle you and generally treat you like crap for your $500 per hour. I will hand him this, when he shows up Lou can be effective.

Just don't expect him to show up. He recently told me I was not important enough and he would be "kicking" my case for another several weeks. That is what my $50K bought me. Unimportance. Move on.

If you want a communicative attorney who actually does the job he is hired for....move on.
