National Bank Drafting System

I bought a financial program from National Bank Drafting System.They are located in Dallas/Austin, Texas (817-457-9545).The original price was $10,000. However, I puchased a returned program from their salesman (Joe Mueller - 800-354-9370 or (727)-585-2689) in Florida 1600 Maple St. Clearwater,Fl 33755 for $5,000.The program orignally Tim Fluet (919-471-0908) was returned to NBDS and repackaged and delivered to me from NBDS.My credit card was charged $5,000 from NBDS.Three months later I decided this was not for me and wanted my money back.Joe Mueller said no problem as promised and proceeded to try and resell the program to someone who could not afford the $10,000 price.Everything is exactly the same as the $10,000 program except for the hands on class for 2-3 days in Texas.I talked to the people at NBDS and they said it all must be handled through Joe M since it was a resell.They provide him with all the names of individuals interested in their program but can't afford the price.

I had an attorney send them a letter without any luck. Now I don't even get any contact with Joe Mueller.The program now sells for over $20,000. They have made it difficult for him to resell the program because they require the on site training.

It has been over two years and all I want is to return the program (in mint condition) and get my money back.I would offer a commision on any monies returned.
