Lucas Adamski - scam

I purchased certain items from this individual using PayPal (Craigslist Phone Verified Accounts). I never received these items despite giving the seller ample time to do so and after repeated promises that the seller would deliver. Eventually the seller just stopped communicating with me, though I see that he is still heavily advertising this same product on the internet that he couldn't deliver to me.

An additional problem I had was paying for this through PayPal. Though I've had decent success with PayPal regarding purchase disputes, they wouldn't honor a claim against the buyer for this issue (despite all their guarantees). I'm not sure, but I wonder that Craigslist Accounts are just not covered under PayPal's Buyer Assurance program - possibly because they're just Email accounts, possibly because they don't want to guarantee this type of transaction.

I would like to warn, in any way possible, others from purchasing from this individual (Lucas Adamski).
