The writer is expressing his personal experience and opinions as a result of a direct interaction with Alternate Online Design personnel/representatives.   This abreviated narrative is from my experience with Alternate Online Design, a company you should ensure you know who you are working with.

Alternate online Design is a company founded in November 2013.  They do not deliver what they say they are selling.  The made for me a marketing website that is disorganized and parts of the website did not work.  The personnel/representaives they have to follow up on explaining and coaching were not professional.  The person who represented himself as an Alternate Online Design agent told me lives and works at Alternate Online Design in Phoenix, AZ.  His name is not found in any free or paid for website.  I was informed by the person who called to coach me that the name of the person representing Alternate Online Design and took my credit card information likely do not use their given name.  She said it was common in the internet marketing industry for marketers to use an Alias. Therefore, people should beware before doing a financial transaction of who they are actually speaking / dealing with in any online  phone transaction including any with Alternate Online Design. Alternate Desing's current method of obtaining payment is to give them your credit card information over the phone.

Companies with long term goals will often grab other websites with similar names so that their is lesss likeliness that their brand will be tarnished.  Alternate Online Design has not made any attempt to acquire other website Domain Name Systems (DNS) including: companyname.org,  companyname.info or or others at the time of this writing not reserved/paid for.  I worte to Online Design informing them of  the website Flaws and not being on Facebook and their being no "likes" for Alternate Online Design in facebook.  Two days after my correspondence, Alternate Online Design had 4 likes on Facebook.  Potentially a coincidence since they have only been in operation for approximatley past 6 months.  At the time of this writing the companies reservation for the Domain Network System (DNS expires) in November 2014.  They may be a test marketing company or are as diorganized as perceived.
