Lumingroup & Vijay Goddla Lumin LLC, Carestream, Vijay Goddla Approx $10000 Cheated in Payments even though worked and submitted timesheet for the work Canton, Michigan

Mr Vijay Goddla CEO of Lumin LLC  was running a SAP Project with Carestream Health based in Rochester, NY We were around 20-25 SAP consultants working through different vendors like TPC, Dynpro and several others between Sep 08 to July 09.  Mr Vijay due to his greedy behaviours tried to press the developers and tried to complete project faster. Due to this whoever he is not comfortable laid them off without specific reasons and later informed others through his employee Babu Koduri that anybody will be thrown out like that, if they dont work as per his directions. There were multiple guys suffered and had to spend their money and move to another project or spend time in bench during this bad economic time. 

And the worst hit me and other 3 consultants primarily through a NJ based SAP consulting company and Raliegh, NC based SAP consulting company eventually after our release. Dynpro and TPC informed the consultants that they cannot pay the final months timesheet worth $10K to $15K along with their expences as Mr Vijay is not approving the time. Subsequent calls and emails to Mr Vijay (Lumin )were ignored and Raleigh based vendor and NJ Based Vendor told the consultants, unless they are approved by Vijay they cannot pay the money. Most of the consultants were through different companies and they had the corp to corp agreement between them and NJ based company or Raleigh Based. So companies cannot directly question LUMIN or Vijay. Already hit by economy and no job, could not fight legaly on this spending money and given up that  money.

I know the pain how it hurts when it happens to someone and wanted to alert the  SAP consultants and vendors around who are dealing with Lumin and Vijay through this report. Please beware of this guy Vijay Goddla for the following.

1. His team leads are known to threaten your contract, job anytime they dont like you or you dont obey them.

2. He will force you to reduce your rate or make your company observe your expences etc after you be in the project for a month or two. Otherwise will threaten you that he may need to consider cheaper resources

3. After you leave the project most likely you will loose the final payment.

4. Even I heard he has not met the project goals and eventually project went to another india based IT company.

So guys think twice, thrice before you make the decision of working with Lumin LLC or Vijay Goddla. A little wait would give you a better opportunity than working with this type of cheats.
