I read other complaints here (too late) about getting refunds from this company following their own written policy. I guess the products so bad it,s
the only way they make money. They deny refunds, give people the runaround and hope they give up.

When this happens to you call your credit card company and lodge a complaint. They will handle getting your refund. Don't wait. Trying to deal with this company full of shysters isn't worth it.

For good measures file a complaint with your states consumer protection agency,attorney general or whatever your state has.
