I was scammed by Luna Car Center on San Pedro Rd. Sohail Mohammad and his employees make their money by scamming their customers of their hard earned money. They stole $2,000.00 from me and then repo'd the vehicle with fake legal papers. I purchased the car in January, and then continued to return to the lot every week , every 2 weeks to pick up temporary tags. I inquired about my permanent tags and every time they said the hold up was the financing bank. After 4 months, I decided to call the bank myself, only to be told they didn't know who I was and that I was not in their system. After 5 months, Luna transfered the title to my name so that they would be able to repo the car. The state DMV informed me that they have many cases against them for the same thing. They are presently under investigation by the State DMV for Fraud and deceptive practices. Read the many negative reviews all over the internet so you won't be their next victim.

Buyer Beware

My sister purchased a car from these guys back in January and is still getting the same kind of run around when she requests her license plates and title. She has been given every excuse in the books for reasons they can not produce the title from 'the original owner died' to the excuse today 'there was a smudge on the original title'.
We filed the Motor Vehicle Dealer Consumer Complaint form with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles today in an effort to obatin a title to her car.
