Lusurious Eyes / Luxurious Skin Rip Off & Fraud San Diego California

Ad for Luxurious Eyes offered free tiral sample for small shipping fee.  Ad showed endorsement by four nationaly know celebrities, including Oprah Wenfry.  Received Luxurious Eyes and Luxerious Skin.  Received e-mail message that my credit card was being charged $92.97 and $92.99 for Evoderm to be shiped later.  The only insturctions are in very, very tiney font.  With the curvature of the containers, I am only able to read one or two words with a ten power magnifying glass.  I have not received Evoderm.

A sample is not free if there is an automatic charge later.

I have called the customer service number, 888-497-3897, three times and each time was told that no supervisor was available and that I would receive a return call within 24 to 48 hours.  Each time I waited three business days befor calling again.  I still have not receive a callback.

I was unable to find the ad on the internet again.  The the second company customeer service rep told me that the company advertises on different venues for limited time and then the ad is droped; thus, there is no way to retrieve the ad for proof.

I have reported the fraud to my credit card company and a new card will be delivered to me.  I will now have to change card numbers for all auto pay companies.

The treatment by this company clearly identifies a clear intent to defraud the customer.
