Luther sales Rude and unprofessional Hauppauge PA

I opened an account with Luther Sales in December 2017. Payments deducted from payroll, overpriced with interest, but it was an expensive Christmas gift. A hassle setting up payroll deduction with them, faxing over and over. I wanted to purchase air conditioners in July that were going to take 3 weeks to deliver, No thanks.I had a gut feeling just to stick with finishing my payments for 1st purchase. Fast forward to August 2018, I receive a call from Vera being curt and nasty at 8:24am on a Saturday morning. "We did not receive your payment of $71.00, how do you want to take care of this". Clearly there is a mistake Vera, I am on vacation and I wiil get back to you when I go to work. Never missed a payment. I asked Vera why call me on a Saturday morning, please don't do that again you have Monday- Friday.

Well Vera had an attitude and said she wouldn't be able to do this because she works on Saturdays and my account has a contract blah,blah,blah. I returned to work that Tuesday, saw that payroll deduction was deleted in error. I had an email from Vera about my account and she left a voicemail on my work number. I called to complain and the corporate number they give is the same main number. I called to complain about Vera and Olivia put me on hold for over 6min, never came back to the phone. I called back and paid off my account. So, they lost a customer over Vera trying to collect $71 on a Saturday morning. What customer becomes a deadbeat, having "collection" calls on cell and at work for one missed payment. So never dealing with Luther Sales again.
