Luttrell Installatiions Company was dishonest regarding installation, quoted two vastly different prices houston Texas

 I had scheduled an appointment for this company to install a curtain room divider in my bedroom and curtains in my living room, which I had already purchased the curtains. First of all their website clearly states that you can purchase the materials such as rods etc from them. They arrive at my home and stated the contrary. Then they acted like it was going to be so difficult to install a rod in my bedroom, citing countless things that I needed. They said we could visit a Lowe's store to see what we needed. They contacted me via phone and advised me Lowe's had what I needed and how it was going to be a total of $575.00 for everything, which is not what corresponds on their website or what I was quoted via phone with was $275.00. They immediately assumed I couldn't pay for it, so they told me to "shop around". I asked how much would it be if they just installed the roomdivder and nothing else. Joe said he would call me back but he never did. They never returned to my home, and just left me hanging without any answers. I called them twice left messages and they never returned my calls. What a wonderful way to treat a customer. First you try to stick it to me for $600 and then they are too cowardly to say "hey we don't want to work with you, because we can't rip you off".
