Lux Mobile There is no physical address given nor a phone number to talk to customer service. IphoneX battery case

I purchased off of Facebook on 5/9/2018 a battery case for my IphoneX. The product arrived around 5/12/2018. After using it for a few days I noticed the connection to the Iphone from the case was missing. In fact it had lodged itself in my Iphone port.

I contacted the company to report a defective case. I received an email back from them say, We do not warantee accidents. I asked for a replacement again and did not hear from them until I put a review on Facebook. They said they will send a replacement and asked for VIDEOS not the pictures I sent to them. I did that several times and just received a Generic Reply saying, "we'd be glad to send out a replacement but send 2 videos showing the damage". 

Nothing has come nor transpired. They have blocked me from Facebook, I have reported them to my bank, which I have to wait a lifetime to get any response and I'm out $65.00 for a product that is subpar and a company that is scamming thousands.
