I purchased sheets through them from a Groupon. I received a confirmation that the order had been received soon after I purchased them. Well, that has been over two months ago and I still have not received my order. I had tried calling, and emailing, and all it does is go to a number where they say that "there are too many people on the line and they are experiencing a high call volume at this time," or the emails that I send are never received.
