I did not order both products and luxurious eyes bottle was leaking when I received it in the mail. I called and they said they would not refund money because I did not cancel within the time frame. They took out money before the trial end date. did not find Internet

I ordered this product from an ad on Facebook.  Luxurious Skin.  I received two products-one for skin and one for eyes.  I only ordered one product.

They took $92.99 and $92.97 out of my checking account before the trial end date.  I called & cancelled further shipment.  I called again to let them know that one of the products was leaking out of the container when I received it.  They said that I did not cancel in time and they would not refund my money.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was in a meeting. They took my phone number and said I would receive a call back within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, this is definitely a scam!
