On July 19 I receive from "Department PayPal Service" aw-confirm@paypal.com a notice that $474.99 would be charged to my credit card for a phone sent to Bill Chang in Saco ME.

I see that others have also had similar activity from this sender. I checked my PayPal account and there is no activity showing this phony business.

Wondering to whom I should report this illegal activity. My own police department? Who?
