Last night I came home, checked my email and there it was. It says Bill Chang was buying a phone through my paypal. I instantly emailed Paypal and there keeping in touch with me and trying to catch this jerk. I will be notifying my bank tomorrow. As of right now there has been no attempt to access my accounts. Below is the following email I received.

This is a phishing attempt to gain access to your Paypal account. If you had clicked on the link to 'Dispute this transaction', it would've taken you to a site that looked like Paypal, but wasn't. There, they would've asked for your credit card info, bank info, login and password to Paypal.
This had been going on for 5 months now, there's nothing to worry about if you didn't click on the link.
