I received two notices from "PayPal" that are to confirm "my" order to WLPElectronics for a Brand New Nokia 8800 Cell Phone, shipped to Bill Chang, 202 N. Magnolia Dr., Saco, ME 04072. There is a radio button within the messages that instructs you to click if you dispute this transaction. When I click the button it requests my PayPal financial data. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CHARGE CARD INFORMATION.
