LW's Towing towed my truck without any notice, and no one contact me after my car got towed after 2 days. Frisco Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My car got towed without any notice, called 911 the officer said my car is abandoned, and the officer can't find my any information. My car is already registered, why the officer can't find my information.
My wife and I out of the city, so we didn't see the abandoned notice. Now, the towing company said i have to pay 400 dollars to pick up my car. But, if i didn't come back on 01/17/2019, and no one contact me, i can't figure out how much money i have to pay to get my car back.
The officer said my car got towed on 01/16/2019, well, that is stolen. I called 911, and i found out why they towed my car, and where my car is, so foolish.

My car got towed without any notice
- That is an incorrect statement based on the fact you layed out. The fact is that a notice was posted on your car, but because you were not around you failed to see it. That fact is not enough of a reason to make the tow invalid.
The only thing that is foolish here is for you to leave your car on public property for an extended period of time. It is even more foolish that you think the police are under some obligation to try and track you down to notify you to move your car.
Next time perhaps you should pay to park it somewhere, but be sure if you park it on private property that the owner of that property gives you permission or they may decide to have you towed as well.

Your vehicle was towed per the order of Little Elm Police Department. Your complaint is with Little Elm Police Dept not us, we are just the tool they use to remove the abandon vehicle from the street. Please direct all of your complaints to LITTLE ELM POLICE for they are the one that had your car towed and I am sure they would be happy to discuss the reason for the tow.
