Around 2004 retail recovery sent me a collection notice,apparently it was turned over to cheeks law and the got a summary judgement against me which you don't have to be told about that was in 2008 they waited till 2016 to start the garnishment,the original amount of the debt according to them was 4798.54 after 14 years of interest I now owe them almost 19000 dollars they have taken almost 10000 dollars in garnishments!!! When I call and try to talk to them they tell me that they will accecpt a third to stop I have paid over half and yet they ignor me.My credit score has dropped,My bank has cut off my credit card as has home depot and speedway They are taking about 450 dollars a month from me and they think I can live on a 1000 dollars a month I'm in serious jeopardy of loosing my car and a place to live I'm getting desperate and desperate people will do desperate things
