This place is not authentic, cooks were speaking Spanish, the kebab cooked meat dishes with origins in middle eastern cuisine. The kabobs tasted like teriyaki chicken sweet, worst I ever experience. Compare Kebab shop 9450 Mira Mesa SD, their meats are not rubbery, but of quality cuts. What would Gordon Ramsey, Alain Ducasse say about people, process Product? Please improve menu development fewer people that is involved in the menu is better. Value for you money better quality meats. Today's market is about quality as price. I would of notice fantastic quality ingredients, GP sacrifices, achievable recipes, keeping it fresh, supply and the right people. Listen to my feedback and have confidence. Attend annual R200 business food seminar on middle eastern cuisine. Thank you.
