MAC Churchill Acura Ripped me off !!! forth worth Texas

The worst dealership in Texas, I will start with the service department, they sent me a free oil change I though that was nice (NOT), after the oil change my car leaked oil, I took it back and was accused by the technician of over torqueing the plug???, I explained to them that I was a maintenance man and never touched it, and when that didn't work the lube manager said my oil pump was leaking this was when I demanded to get my car down and left, went to Valvoline in Saginaw and asked them to look at it for an un bias opinion they said that the oil plug was leaking and fixed it for free!. these people lie and cheat to get a deal when I bought my car they said that they would put in mats and fix the broken console and make the deal right, they up charged my loan and added gap insurance and gave me a higher interest rate loan even though I have near perfect credit, the car wasn't serviced it needs a timing belt 4 tires and did I mention that it was missing the jack and tool and cover too, the blue tooth doesn't work, there is a missing cover on the steering wheel, didn't have not one working key fob they promised they would get it resolved, never did, the oil pressure switch was bad and the battery died the next morning after ( they jumped it to sale it ).

I called the GM and Mac and after many voice mails and attempts with even Facebook mac asked me what I wanted and I sent him a email and then finally the gm. called me and said I should be happy that I bought the car for 600 less than he did,

not a warm and fuzzy feeling considering I have over 20k invested in a fixer upper, not the place to get a good car or even a car that has been checked out, they don't deserve anyone's business at this place! crooks!

giving one stat but they don't deserve any!!!
