We learned about Your Last Solution apx a year ago and checked it out as best we could.  We signed up for three programs at $1,995 each.  We followed the outlined program exactly as instructed but to no avail.   One of the reasons we signed up was due to their guarantee that if the homes went into foreclosure they would refund all the monies less $500/home.  After signing up with "Your Last Solution" and completing their program it was changed to "The Solutions Program".    And, they no longer honored their own original program guarantee.  Soon after completion of their program we began to hear back from the lenders pursuing the foreclosure process.  at this point Your Last Solution informed us that in order for them to help us we had to retain an attorney for an additional $995 which was not in the original contract.  All communication on their part soon came to a hault.  To this day neither their Customer Service dept or Mac Vanover will return phone calls or emails.  Plus, there were "extra" expenses incurred such as recording fees, etc. that were not anticiapted. 

Their customer service, to say the least, was unacceptable, unprofessional and unresponsive whether by email or phone calls.

As of todate, one property has been foreclosed and the other two are in the process of foreclosure.  Their "program" did not stop anything.  As a matter of fact, one of the mortgage lenders recently sent us notification that they are pursuing legal action against us as a result of using "the solution program" and they would also be contacting the FBI.  This a complete rip off and we have been scammed out of nearly $6,000+.
