Mack Relocators Mack Relocation Services, Inc. Services rendered to this company were paid via credit card over the phone the next day they put a stop payment on the credit card leaving my company not compensated for the work we provided them!!! East Point, Georgia

On March 19, 2011 Mack Relocation Services, Inc. had their International truck# 31532 break down in Martinsburg, WV. along a major interstate (I-81 NB 18mm). My company Wrenches & Wreckers were called out by Mack Relocators for mobile repair service. Upon getting the truck started then escorting the truck to a CAT dealership in Winchester, VA. they paid us by way of credit card via the telephone. The driver of Mack Relocators was given a receipt of this to take back to their office in Georgia. 2 weeks later Wrenches & Wreckers receives a letter from our credit card merchant that the very next day Heather Mack of Mack Relocators put a stop payment on the credit card for the services we rendered to this company! After several failed attempts to speak with Heather Mack, we finally spoke to Jim Mack who was very unprofessional, has not yet compensated our company for the services we rendered, and had the nerve to be upset that his business was report to the Better Business Bureau by us for not resolving this issue. To date we have not been compensated and are starting the small claims court procedure to bring them back up to Martinsburg, Wv courts to compensate us! This company has on the Better Business Bureau site for Georgia 17 complaints filed against them when is this rip off company going to be punished for the people that they hhurt. Whether it's damaging their own customers belongings or not compensate the people that get their trucks back up and running!
