I have spent the day researching this company, and preparing for trial with this company which I know will not happen because they are not a ligit organization and probably the alter ego of the corp can be busted. I am represemting my son who has become a victim of this groups efforts and knowing how to prepare a case for trial, I found all the loop holes that most people see, but dont know how to deal with, but I am READY, and I am attacking from all avenues. First, I see an FCC violation, I see that they are soliciting on California State Property telephone lines, and asking the atty general if there is any violation within this jurisdiction. I know the atty general of Florida has to be involved, and why not the media, shouldnt the student who study at the University of California and the elderly be protected?? Isnt that the responsibility of the Atty General of the STate of California? The Atty for the STate of Florida needs some fire under the rear end I see. This company is not afraid of them, and the FCC., well, the company is using telephonic materials to contact all these people and is there a violation here? Someone has to have jurisdiction here.

As for the collections agency, well to report the problem to a credit agency, they have to have a court finding, and I am asking the company to bring it on, infact, I might file my own small claims action here in California since there is dual citizenship the the contract was initiated in Florida but accepted in California, so a claim can be filed in either state.

Lets see, lets have fun with this company. These people KNOW what they are doing by the very adminisition of the employee who broke her/his silence on this very site. We can alledge psychiatric and emptional distress by the 2-6 phone calls per day. We can talk about he monetary demand that is totally bogus. Has anyone every recieved a magazine or confirmation letter form this company Has anyone every gotten a bill for that matter?

I think I am going to initate a lawsuit so that I can have California Jurisdiction on this matter, and I want damages for the psychological distress that they have caused my son threatening his credit rating, which we know they wont do, but we dont know that they wont either/

I have contacted CBS news, FCC, State Atty General of California and Florida and the Regents of the University of California about this problem. These are all pretty big institutions so hopefully they will have their own pow wow with this company, cause I am now going to taut them.

Nothing is owed, and nothing is going ot be paid, and when a judge hears the facts, I think he will be making a criminal referral to the DA.
